They then promulgate, as illusory substitute, a privately held and policed machinery of information and symbolic and media management and control, set to distract from the lack of urgently needed social benefits, not to speak of serviceable governance, while disproportionately using up resources in a manner to create scarcities and disproportion: bereft of human intelligence.
